Attractions Entry Form - Sunday 15 June 2008

  • The show ground will be Wendron Football Club which is situated just off the A394 at Rame.
  • This venture is being organised on behalf of both Parc Eglos School and Wendron Football Club.
  • This event is being planned as a complete family day out; there will be classic, vintage and veteran vehicles, Motor Trade exhibits and trade stalls.
  • All of the 20 main car dealerships that serve Helston regularly take part. There will be a full programme of live music, children’s rides, pig roast, barbecue, and arena events.
  • Please be aware that the show site is fairly exposed, so when planning your stand remember that it may be windy on the day. Due to the fact that the showground is a sports field no dogs (other than guide dogs) are allowed.
  • Unfortunately there are no power supplies and no undercover display area available.
  • Attractions will be trusted to give up 20% of their days takings, unless other arrangements have been agreed, this money will be collected at the end of the show.
  • All delivery vehicles to be clear of site during show time 1000-1730.

    • Please forward details as soon as possible, but no later than Friday 9th May 2008. Passes will be sent to you during the first week in June.
