Classic Vehicle Application - Sunday 15 June 2008

  • Entries are invited from individuals and clubs who would like to exhibit.
  • All classes of vehicles are welcome, there is no age ruling, kit cars, vans, lorries, motorcycles, stationary engines, tractors, military vehicles etc, if it’s got wheels, bring it along.
  • As the display area is a sports field there can be no track laying vehicles or Steamers.
  • The show ground will be Wendron Football Club which is situated just off the A394 at Rame.
  • The Show will be open to the public at 10:30, it is expected that all vehicles will be sited by that time, if this is not possible, please ensure that you do not arrive later than 11:30.
  • It is expected that the Show will finish at around 17:00.
  • This is a fund raising event for Parc Eglos Primary School and Wendron Football Club.
Please note the following conditions:
  1. It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and fully insured.
  2. Drivers of all vehicles on site must hold a relevant driving license.
  3. The site is grass, mostly level rugby and football pitches
  4. Each vehicle must have its own drip tray (a sheet of cardboard will suffice).
  5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or exhibit at their discretion.
  6. Admission is free for drivers and one passenger plus any pre-school children.
  7. Once sited, vehicles are to remain stationary, joy riding is not permitted.
  8. Due to the fact that the showground contains sportsfields, NO DOGS other than guide dogs are allowed.
