Trade Stand Entry Form - Sunday 15 June 2008
- The show ground will be Wendron Football Club which is situated just off the A394 at Rame.
- This venture is being organised on behalf of both Parc Eglos School and Wendron Football Club.
- This event is being planned as a complete family day out; there will be classic, vintage and veteran vehicles, motor trade exhibits and trade stalls.
- All of the 20 main dealerships that serve Helston regularly take part. There will be a full programme of live music, pig roast, children’s rides, catering and arena events.
- All businesses can take part and show themselves off to the general public. A trestle table displaying pottery can be as effective as a 20 metre audio-visual display complete with hospitality caravan, because it shows what you do. Trading is usually brisk, with those attending the show ready to spend their money, but if not, it is image that is important and putting the message across, that what you do is available here in Helston.
- Exhibitors will be expected to pay £20 per car-sized pitch of 5mx3m, this being the minimum fee. Money with application please, cheque made out to “Helston Motor Show”.
- Please be aware that the show site is fairly exposed, so when planning your stand remember that it may be windy on the day. Due to the fact that the showground contains sportsfields, NO DOGS other than guide dogs are allowed.
- Unfortunately there are no power supplies and no undercover display area available.
- All delivery vehicles to be clear of site during show time 10:00-17:30. If your vehicle is an essential part of your display, or is needed for access to stock, please note this on the entry form and include it in your display area.
- No vehicle movements will be allowed on the showground after 10:00.
Please forward details as soon as possible, but no later than Friday 9th May 2008. Passes will be sent to you during the first week in June.
